Please join us and @wootenclayworks for a virtual workshop with Dallas Wooten as he walks us through his water etching and surface processes! @dallas_wooten_ceramics creates stunning and tactile surfaces on his vessels utilizing an array of layered textures and processes. This workshop will explore his approach to water etching as well as traditional methods of this surface technique.

Wooten will discuss what forms and clays are most appropriate for different techniques. The workshop will begin with a short presentation of Wooten’s work and influences and include handouts and a detailed material list.
