Yoga with Piper

Enjoy a mid-week Happy Hour Yoga class at The Dairy Barn Arts Center, every Wednesday 5:15 p.m.- 7 p.m. until December 12th.  Release stress and refresh the body and mind with relaxing flow sequences and breath work. This class is open to all levels. Modifications will be provided for beginners. Stay after class for some refreshing infused water or herbal tea. Class is free. (donations are appreciated!)
