Allyson Pappas has been inspiring elementary students across Southeast Ohio for the past 33 years. Throughout her teaching career, she has worked with students from first through sixth grade and has taught a variety of subjects, including art, physical education, and reading intervention. She earned her degree in Elementary Education from Ohio University, with a minor in Visual Arts.
For the past six years, Allyson has also shared her love of creativity as a Teaching Artist at Dairy Barn Summer Art Camp. She treasures the many wonderful memories she has made with campers over the years and especially enjoys creating an environment where children can explore, imagine, and express themselves through art.
Allyson hopes to keep the joyful, creative spirit of camp alive long after summer ends!
