Lynda Berman, primarily known as a paper artist, creates cards using unique papers and pressed botanicals but she also has a long history with candles. Lynda started making candles when she was 18 to make money for college tuition and has been at it ever since. For 30+ years she taught candle-making to her elementary art students.
After serving on the board of the Ohio Art Education Association as President, First Vice President, Regional Director, and Newsletter Editor, Lynda is now honored as an OAEA Distinguished Fellow. Lynda has presented workshops to art teachers at state and national conventions and while she is a practicing artist, Lynda Berman’s first love, and her identity, is that of “teacher.”
