M.B. Steinberg is an Appalachian visual artist largely specializing in landscape and symbolic figurative paintings. Mary grew up in the countryside near Athens amongst chickens and trees. Art in all its forms has always been a way of life for them, but they began to pursue it professionally in their late teens. Their subjects and themes today vary vastly; from depicting certain romantic stories, little moments, and deep emotions, to country life, hard work, and interpersonal struggles.
