The world is tossing and turning. We are experiencing the ever present effects of social distancing. It’s hard to stay positive. Participants in this workshop will be guided through a series of writing prompts concentrating on settling themselves inside their favorite place, with the goal of flooding our minds (and notebook pages) with positive thoughts and memories by way of free writing with the assistance of “Sensory Guidance.” We will capture mental notes, words, feelings, observations, discovered as we work our way through the senses, releasing negative energy and allowing ourselves to relax and create.
