Vendor Information

Both Dairy Barn Fest and the Holiday Bazaar are application-based, curated art festivals. Vendors are selected through an application review process rather than on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors from years prior are not guaranteed a spot on a returning year.

Applicants should offer original, handmade work created by the vendor. Resale goods, kits, or commercialproducts are not permitted. Any goods or artworks produced en-masse or through commercial printing companies must bear original designs created by the artist. There is a zero-tolerance policy for AI-generated imagery used to create artworks, logos, and/or signage.

Applications are reviewed with consideration given to quality, craftsmanship, originality, and overall fit with the festival, as well as maintaining a diverse and balanced mix of media and price points for visitors. First-time vendors are encouraged to apply, as we designate a select number of spots for new, up-and-coming artists in the community. In addition to the artwork itself, booth presentation and the overall visitor experience are part of the review process.
