We offer 10,000 square feet of versatile indoor space and several acres of space outdoors that can be configured in variety of different options to suit your needs. Our spaces are beautiful, affordable and perfect for:

Our spaces available for rent include:
The Sauber Gallery has over 5,000 square feet of exhibition or event space and can accommodate as many as 250 people with room for dining and dancing. This space is only available a few times per year so inquire early to book your event!

The second floor “loft”
The AEP Performing Arts Center wing of the Barn has about 2,100 square feet that can comfortably accommodate as many as 150 guests for your event. This space can even separate into two smaller rooms to suit your needs. Perfect for parties, meetings and performances, this space is available almost year round on weekends.
**Flooring in the AEP room has been updated to brand new wood floors.**

The Dairy Barn is nestled into the surrounding hills to boast an absolutely beautiful landscape. Just minutes from uptown, but with a country feel, the Barn has large front and back lawn spaces perfect for an event tent.

Our newest rental spaces- each can fit up to 50 people. These spaces are on the first level of the Barn and are great for smaller events such as baby showers and birthday parties!

- Sound System with Microphones
- Wire Racks
